FOOD ITEMS – MENU & PRICING When determining pricing, please be inclusive of Texas State Sales Tax (8.25%), credit card fees and event commission. Listed menu price at your booth will be what customer is charged, nothing added on top of transaction. Will work on projected costs, expenses before finalizing contract. BOOTH SPACE – DIMENSIONS, DIAGRAM, REQUIREMENTS Final vendor selections are also based on booth/stand size and requirements for operation. Please be as thorough as possible, so your space can be as successful as possible and we can accommodate your needs best we can. HOW MANY EMPLOYEES WILL BE OPERATING YOUR BOOTH? On-Site Parking is limited. Food vendors will be provided a parking space and employees will park at our off-site shuttle lot and be brought on/off-site as needed. Shuttles run on nearly round the clock basis. Vendors to coordinate with Trail Boss F&B staff on deliveries, etc. Vehicle traffic on grounds stops at 9am daily.

POINT OF SALE SYSTEM INFORMATION As in years past, you may be issued a Point of Sale system for use during the event, if so, you will be required to use it. Reporting and transparency will be emphasized so all parties are confident and aware of all sales activities for operating accuracy and efficiency.

EVENT COMMISSION RATES: 55% Vendor / 45% Event of Net Sales (After Texas Sales Tax and Credit Card Fees). *2003-2024 Rates were 50/50% split. FEES – UTILITIES, HEALTH & FIRE PERMITS: Food vendors will be billed approximately $40/day for utilities and approximately $75/day for City of San Antonio Health & Fire Permits. Food vendor may choose to pay these fees in a lump sum if so desired.

HOURS OF OPERATION: Depending upon your assigned space, the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo is an 18 day event with general hours of 9am to 9pm. Some locations are for 20 days and operating hours begin much earlier. Sales may continue past 9pm if the crowd dictates. Exact hours for your vendor space will be specified on the contract.
